ACCEPTANCE - These are the Terms for using MailMoat Services. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MailMoat, and they supersede all prior agreements between you and MailMoat. If you do not accept [all/any] of these Terms, you may not use any of the MailMoat Services. By using any of the MailMoat Services, you are indicating that you accept these Terms.
JURISDICTION - The Terms and the relationship between you and MailMoat shall be governed only by the laws of the State of Michigan and of Washtenaw County.
DESCRIPTION - MailMoat is an electronic mail message forwarding service that provides temporary e-mail forwarding addresses which are intended to minimize the delivery of spam to its subscribers. You are responsible for all equipment, fees etc. necessary to obtain access to the MailMoat Services.
REGISTRATION - To register for a MailMoat account you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You must provide only current, accurate and complete information as requested on our registration form, and you must make a prudent effort to keep this information up-to-date. If we have reasonable cause to suspect that the information on your account is not current, accurate and complete, we may suspend or cancel your service, or permanently close your account.

SECURITY - You are responsible for keeping your account access information confidential. You are also responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by your failure to maintain confidentiality of this information.
CONDUCT - When using the MailMoat Services, you must at all times obey all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules, regulations and ordinances. You may not attempt or allow any conduct or act that could compromise, disrupt, restrict, corrupt or impair any computer or network using or used by MailMoat.
ALTERATION - MailMoat may change, interrupt or discontinue any or all MailMoat Services. These actions may be temporary or permanent, and may occur at any time with or without notice. Such actions by MailMoat do not create any liability to you or to any third party. Any alterations that we make to our services will also be covered by these terms.
NOTICE - MailMoat may make additions, deletions or changes to these terms at any time with or without notice. MailMoat may provide notice of changes to the Terms or other matters by email, regular mail, or by displaying or providing links to the changes in generally accessible areas of the MailMoat web site.
VIOLATIONS - If MailMoat believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms, then MailMoat may terminate your password, account and use of MailMoat Services, remove and discard any Content within MailMoat Services and bar any further access to such files or MailMoat Services without prior notice. MailMoat shall not be liable to you or any third-party for the results of any such termination. If you have just cause to suspect that any other person is in violation of these Terms, please report directly to MailMoat.
DISCLAIMER - MailMoat Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind, either express or implied. If you use MailMoat Services, you do so at your own risk. Under no circumstances will MailMoat be liable in any way for any warranty expressed or implied, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any service, document or image that you accept, receive, view or use through MailMoat. Under no circumstances will MailMoat be liable in any way for the availability, quality, accuracy, reliability, security, or timeliness of any service, document or image that you accept, receive, view or use through MailMoat. In any event, the maximum liability that MailMoat may incur shall be the total amount that you have paid to MailMoat. Any claim against MailMoat must be filed within one (1) year of the event from which the claim arose, or be forever banned.
USE - MailMoat may limit the quantity and size of email messages that may be sent or received by a MailMoat account, the volume and duration of storage space allotted to an account on MailMoat servers, and the number and duration of times that an account may be accessed during a given period. MailMoat reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for extended periods of time. MailMoat may change these limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
SEPARABILITY - If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by [a court of competent jurisdiction / any recognized legal authority], then that part shall be interpreted so as to permit enforceability to the fullest legal extent. In any case, all other parts will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by MailMoat to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver or default of such right or provision. Any default or waiver by MailMoat of any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver or default of the remaining parts.
INDEMNITY - You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MailMoat, its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and partners from any and all claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of MailMoat Services, your connection to MailMoat Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
TRADEMARKS - MailMoat, the MailMoat logos, product and service names, trademarks and service marks are trademarks of MailMoat and may not be displayed, transferred or used in any manner without prior written permission from MailMoat. You may not replace, alter, delete or conceal any brand identification on any MailMoat product or service.
